Role: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote okay but must be in PST or MST and willing to travel
once in a while
Duration: 12+ months Contract
Required Skills: ServiceNow Development Field Service Management (FSM)
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Be able to lead ServiceNow technical
team (1-2 members)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a
strong focus on FSM and EAM modules.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web
technologies.
· Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
· Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-FSM, CIS-EAM)
are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and
HRSD.
· Familiarity with database management and SQL.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, specifically
focusing on FSM and EAM modules.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze
requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
· Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies,
and scripts to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
· Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications
using APIs and web services.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow
applications.
· Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure
optimal performance.
· Create and maintain technical documentation, including design
specifications, test plans, and user guides.
· Train and mentor junior developers and end-users on ServiceNow
best practices.
