Seeking an experienced VMware VCF & SRMEngineer to design, implement, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) andSite Recovery Manager (SRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertisein software-defined data centers (SDDC), disaster recovery planning, and VMwareautomation tools. This role requires hands-on experience in deploying,configuring, and maintaining VCF environments while ensuring businesscontinuity through effective disaster recovery solutions with SRM.

Responsibilities:

VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF):

• Design, deploy, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.

• Configure and optimize vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vRealize Suite within SDDC.

• Implement lifecycle management, upgrades, and patches using VMware SDDCManager.

• Automate deployment and management tasks using PowerCLI, vRealize Automation,Terraform, or Ansible.

• Troubleshoot performance and operational issues within the VCF stack.

• Ensure security best practices and compliance across virtualizedenvironments.

VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM):

• Design and implement disaster recovery (DR) solutions using VMware SiteRecovery Manager (SRM).

• Configure and manage vSphere Replication and storage-based replication.

• Develop and maintain DR runbooks and failover/failback procedures.

• Conduct periodic disaster recovery testing and validation.

• Optimize SRM configurations for high availability and minimal downtime.

• Integrate SRM with cloud-based DR solutions (VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure SiteRecovery).

• Monitor and troubleshoot SRM-related issues, ensuring DR readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with VMware technologies, including vSphere,NSX, vSAN, SRM, and vRealize Suite.

• Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and SDDC.

• Strong understanding of software-defined networking (SDN) and storage (SDS)concepts.

• Expertise in disaster recovery planning, SRM, and replication technologies.

• Proficiency with automation tools (PowerCLI, Ansible, Terraform, vRA).

• Experience with cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Thisrole involves leading the strategic direction of device management, security,automation, and endpoint lifecycle management across Windows, macOS, iOS, andAndroid environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MicrosoftEndpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, Azure AD, Zero Trust security, and automationframeworks.

Responsibilities:

• Endpoint Architecture & Strategy

• Define and implement enterprise-wide endpoint management strategies alignedwith business and security objectives.

• Design and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, WindowsAutopilot, and cloud-based endpoint solutions.

• Establish Zero Trust security frameworks for endpoint protection andcompliance.
