Role Description:

The Senior Oracle P2P Consultant is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracles Procure-to-Pay processes.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand procurement and payables requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion ERP modules, and ensuring seamless integration with other business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Oracle P2P implementations and upgrades.

Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.

Configure Oracle Procurement and Payables modules (e.g., Purchasing, iProcurement, Payables, Payments).

Design and implement process improvements across procurement, supplier management, invoice processing, and payment workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain, and IT.

Provide guidance on Oracle Cloud P2P best practices.

Support testing, training, and change management activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle P2P modules.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Skills Experience:

7 years of experience with Oracle P2P modules (Cloud or EBS).

Strong understanding of the full P2P lifecycle.

Experience with Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Payables.

Familiarity with integrations between P2P and other modules (GL, FA, Inventory, Projects).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
