Job Description:  

·        Candidate should be having 15+ years of overall experience

·        Should have done end to end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

Should be familiar with HCM modules – Employee and Manager Self Service (Core HR), Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goals management & Recruitment.

Responsible for technical designs of different HCM processes.

Documenting technical design configurations.

·        Exposure to presales (Proposal writing and solution creation) is desirable

·        Expertise on technical tools of Oracle HCM cloud – HDL, OTBI etc is good
