Position: Quality Manager

Location: Columbia, SC

Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce/nCino data model, especially for Loans, Accounts, and Collateral.
• Experience in validating and reconciling data between legacy/core systems and Salesforce/nCino.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with SOQL for querying Salesforce/nCino data.
• Strong skills in interpreting mapping documents, transformation logic, and field-level specifications.
• Experienced in planning, designing, and executing Day-0 and Delta load testing strategies.
• Expertise in defect logging, tracking, triage, and reporting using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience handling large volumes of data and performing batch migration testing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
