Role: Salesforce with ServiceMax

Job Description:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceMax (Cloud and/or Mobile) on the Salesforce platform
• Deep understanding of field service operations and related business processes
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce (for technical roles)
• Knowledge of integration tools/APIs, middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, Mulesoft) is a plus
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and deliver on sprint goals
• ServiceMax Certified (preferred)
• Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification (preferred)
• Domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Medical Devices, or Utilities is a plus
