Who You Are (Qualifications) 

•  Experience: 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with 3+ years in a Lead, Senior, or oversight role focused on end-to-end or system-level testing. 

•  Cross-Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of the challenges inherent in testing integrated, cross-platform environments (Web, Mobile, APIs) and the ability to design solutions to overcome them. 

•  AI/ML Testing Familiarity: Demonstrated familiarity with AI-based testing tools, methodologies, or concepts 

•  Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). 

•  Technical Acumen (Required): Proven experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and proficiency with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira) and source control (e.g., Git). 

•  Communication: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex quality risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Desirable Skills (A Plus) 

•  Automation Strategy: Familiarity with modern AI based test automation frameworks and strategies for integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. 

•  Performance Testing: Knowledge of load and performance testing concepts, with experience using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar, to identify system bottlenecks. 

•  Cloud/Containerization: Understanding of cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to effectively plan and manage test environments.
