Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology project management, with a preference for experience in the banking sector and familiarity with American Express (Amex) systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships across teams.
• Oversee vendor management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Conduct compliance and control testing to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Provide expertise in banking processes and compliance testing to support project success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of compliance testing and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with American Express systems and processes is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in vendor management and control testing.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, from Day 1.
