Job Description:

We are seeking a Workday implementation contractor that will play a key role in the successful implementation of Workday Human Resource Management modules.

The successful candidate with have a proven track record and focus on implementation experience as opposed to post production support

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to HR needs.

Lead and support the implementation of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Time Tracking and Attendance, Reporting and Analytics, and Talent Optimization and Recruiting.

Configure Workday system to align with client-specific HR policies, processes, and organizational structures.

Lead testing efforts, manage the execution of system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.

Provide end-user training and support during the implementation process. Develop desk-top procedures, end user documentation, business process maps and other reference/training materials as needed.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate client stakeholders on Workday functionality and best practices.

Provide guidance and support to client teams during data migration, testing, and deployment phases.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in implementing Workday HCM solutions, with a focus on Core HR, Compensation, Talent Optimization is required.

Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM Management modules.

Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting within Workday.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, including but not limited to employee lifecycle management, compensation planning, and performance evaluation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
