Role: nCino Developer Lead

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with nCino Commercial Banking managed package implementation expertise with nCino modules: Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral etc.
• Must have prior implementation experience at other banks.
• Must have hands on expertise to be able to provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team, Conduct code reviews. take part in solution design activities of complex requirements, participates in functional workshops.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and nCino managed package implementation expertise.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and SOQL.
• As the lead Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills, project management, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills to drive the overall delivery. Attention to the detail and a commitment to delivering high quality solutions.
• Must have expertise: nCino/Salesforce Solution Desing and Architecture;
• Lead the nCino implementation SDLC, Expertise to Configure and Customize nCino and Salesforce, provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards, Conduct code reviews
• Certifications: Salesforce Certifications; nCino Certifications 201/301
