We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Data Scientist to join our team in supporting a client based out of Los Angeles. This role will focus on developing predictive models, conducting pricing and yield analysis, and delivering actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical modeling, data visualization, and stakeholder communication. 

Below, I have included the requirements for the position.

• Develop and implement linear and non-linear regression models.
• Work on yield management and price prediction models.
• Create data visualizations to support data analytics.
• Perform data analysis and provide insights.
• Collaborate with LAWA's internal teams to ensure project success.
• Document and communicate data modeling results effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Document project approaches and methods.
• Report on weekly progress status.
